1. Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you as the buyer and us as the seller when purchasing goods in the online store www.reflektlive.com.

2. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The purchase contract is created by the buyer sending the order and its acceptance by the seller (confirmation by e-mail). The purchase contract is concluded in the Czech language.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are final. Goods can be paid for using the methods listed on the website (e.g., credit/debit card).

4. DELIVERY OF GOODS

We dispatch goods within 3-5 working days after receiving payment for items that are in stock. Goods that are "on order" are delivered within 3-5 weeks.

5. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Complaints about defective or incorrectly manufactured goods are of course possible – in such a case, please contact us by e-mail.

EXCEPTIONS: It is not possible to withdraw from the contract for goods customized to the customer's wishes or hygienically problematic goods (e.g., underwear after unpacking).
In the event that the customer cancels a bindingly confirmed order after the seller has already started processing it, the seller is entitled to demand compensation from the customer for purposefully incurred costs and potential lost profit resulting from this cancellation. The amount of these costs is determined individually according to the seller's actual costs.

6. COMPLAINTS

A 24-month warranty applies to the goods unless stated otherwise. In case of a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will settle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days.

7. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The consumer has the right to an out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions are valid from July 1, 2025. The seller reserves the right to change them at any time. The current version is always available on the website.
