Standard Delivery of In-Stock Goods

If the ordered goods are marked as in stock, the order is processed and dispatched as soon as possible after the receipt of payment.

Delivery time: usually 3–5 working days from order confirmation.
Countries of delivery: time may vary depending on the country and carrier; we deliver exclusively to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Dispatch of shipment: the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number to track the delivery progress.

If a product is marked as "On Order", it means that the goods are individually procured from our warehouse.

Delivery time: approximately 3–5 weeks from the receipt and confirmation of the order, sometimes earlier.

Shipments are delivered through contracted carriers (e.g., courier services or postal workers).
In the event of failure to accept the shipment, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with resending it.
The risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon receipt of the shipment.

The buyer is entitled to file a complaint for defective or damaged goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
The complaint can be submitted in writing to the e-mail address listed in the contacts with a brief description of the defect.
The seller is obliged to handle the complaint within the statutory period and inform the buyer about the next steps (repair, replacement, or refund).

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the seller's e-mail, or a standard form (available upon request) can be used.
After withdrawing from the contract, the buyer is obliged to send the goods back without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the notice of withdrawal.
The seller will return all payments received from the buyer (including delivery costs at the lowest offered rate) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

The goods should be returned in their original condition, preferably in undamaged packaging.
After the delivery and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer no later than 14 days from receiving the shipment.

Complaints and returns do not apply to damage caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or normal wear and tear.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods customized according to the customer's wishes, unless the seller and buyer agree otherwise.
